House comprising 2 apartments each 56m² with 2 bedrooms ideal for 2 families.

On the ground floor of a village house (access is via an exterior staircase) this bright apartment designed for 6 people will allow you to spend a wonderful vacation in the mountains.
It is composed of an entrance with coat racks, a living room / lounge with TV corner. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, electric coffee maker with filter, electric kettle, 1 hand blender + whisk, 1 toaster, 1 pressure cooker, 1 coffee maker raclette, 1 fondue set, dishes, cookware, All the comforts of home!
1 shower room. Separate toilet.
After a good day of walking or skiing, relax in the infrared sauna! Guaranteed recovery! In summer, you can enjoy the pretty enclosed garden with trees which overlooks the Giffre mountains. In winter, the gondola is a 500 m walk from the house.
Be careful, busy road nearby.

A bedroom with 3 beds: a 160x190 bed + 1 90x190 bed
A second bedroom including 80 x 190 bunk beds (sleeping at height is not suitable for children under 6 years old) + 1 80 x 190 trundle bed (one person) that can be placed at the same height
Living room: 2 beds (2 single beds in 90) in convertible sofa
Bedding: mattress pads, duvets and 60x60 pillows on all beds
Miscellaneous: vacuum cleaner-iron and ironing board -garden furniture (1 white and green 6/8p table + 8 PVC armchairs) - 1 large parasol with wrought iron base - 1 ski room laundry drying rack
No smoking/no pets allowed
