Welcome to Golden Hour Hideaway! This property is truly one of a kind, tucked away at the end of a long, tree-lined driveway off the backroads of Brewster. Relish in the privacy of this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom waterfront home on Upper Mill Pond. A nature lover's paradise, this home can be found minutes away from the Punkhorn Parklands, a conservation land of 875 acres. You will find yourself truly relaxed here, watching a spectacular sunset in this beautifully designed home.
The striking nature of this property becomes apparent as soon as you head to the front door, which is beautiful wood inlaid with stained glass. Opening the door leads you into the open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Every room in this space looks out over the pond. The kitchen is beautifully designed, and looks like it came straight out of a magazine! Complete with a gas stove, this eat in kitchen is sure to please any home chef. The dining table seats eight beneath large skylights. Moving into the living room, there is plenty of seating with additional room on the bench seat in the bay window. It's a perfect place to play a game with the family, or cozy up with a good book. When you go outside to the backyard you walk right out onto the back deck. A spacious backyard leads you to a patio by the water, equipped with a grill and a brand new patio table!
The first floor of the home has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with two twin trundle beds. All of the bathrooms in the home are absolutely stunning, but the first floor bathroom in particular really wows, boasting an infinity tub and a 55-inch TV! The second story bedroom is where you find the primary, which has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a walk in closet. The beautiful interior design and attention to detail is apparent throughout the home.
Introducing the Barn, new to Golden Hour Hideaway for the 2024 season! The perfect addition to this property to compliment the main house and expand accommodations by comfortably sleeping an additional 6 guests. As you enter this classic post and beam style barn with vaulted ceilings and wood interior you’re greeted by an open-concept living area, merged with a fully-equipped kitchen. Step out from the kitchen to the deck and soak in breathtaking views of Upper Mill Pond and the main house, capturing the essence of Cape Cod’s natural beauty. The main floor also features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a stand up shower. On the lower level you will find a common area with a sofa bed for additional sleeping options, and a bedroom with two twin beds. This estate is truly unique! Pictures coming in spring 2024.
Come to Brewster and enjoy all that this area of the Cape has to offer. Spend the day at Paine's Creek Beach, or take a trip to see the historic Stony Brook Gristmill.
