First Floor: Ascend to the first floor, where you'll find a fully equipped, expansive kitchen with a cozy breakfast table, seating up to 6 guests. This kitchen seamlessly opens up to the dining room, which can host up to 20 guests, allowing for grand communal meals. French doors in the dining room lead to a balcony, affording panoramic vistas of the picturesque valley. The living room on this level is remarkably spacious, adorned with an inviting open fireplace, plush sofas, a piano, and doors that lead to an outdoor terrace adorned with a sizable dining table. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player, and a music center for your entertainment needs.
All five of the villa's bedrooms on this floor feature en-suite bathrooms, with three of them, including the master bedroom, offering direct access to the garden or the inviting pool area. Guests can customize their sleeping arrangements, choosing between twin or queen-sized beds.
Top Floor: The top floor is dedicated to a charming library, providing a serene space for reading and relaxation.
Outdoor Retreat: Casa Alberto is surrounded by a vast garden with ample terraces, a sprawling lawn, and meticulously manicured flowerbeds. The impressive pool, measuring 12 x 6 meters with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 meters, is enveloped by lush lawns, a welcoming patio, and numerous sun loungers. Additionally, a delightful covered patio beckons guests to unwind in the shade and enjoy alfresco dining in the evening.
