The highlight of the Wonderwall is its wrap-around balcony, offering panoramic city sights, but there are endless stories to be discovered within the twenty-foot walls of this spacious, enchanting penthouse. With decor sourced from nearby vintage shops, the Wonderwall will provide guests with a profoundly local, intimately Nashvillian experience.

Boasting 5 beds, 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms, the Wonderwall can sleep up to 8 guests, with plenty of space for each guest to retreat to their own cozy corners or for everyone to comfortably join together in the living room or out on the wrap-around balcony. Richly deliberate details can be found around every corner, culminating in the full-wall library where you could get lost down the rabbit hole of novels and local works of art. Meanwhile, the Broadway district is a short walk away from the condotel, cushioned strategically amidst many of Nashville’s finest venues, restaurants, and shops.

This condo is located on the top floor of the 6-story Hyve building. At the Hyve, you can enjoy the comforts of a luxury condo and its amenities – concierge, security presence, a seasonal pool, a 24/7 state-of-the-art gym, a co-working space, and more – while being positioned only four blocks away from Broadway. You can spend your stay exploring the riches of downtown Nashville without ever needing to step into a car, or you can gather friends and family together to enjoy the Hyve’s lounge areas, community grills, and views of the city from the unit’s private balcony. This spacious unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments. IMPORTANT DETAILS

🧳 Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, Thursday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units. No luggage storage is available Monday to Wednesday.

🅿️ The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level, with EV charging. Free street parking is also available. Hyve guests receive a 50% discount in this public garage.

🔒 Smart locks are utilized through the Latch App. Guests will be invited to download the app before your stay. An email is required on file for Latch access.

👮‍♂️ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

🌐 High speed Wi-Fi is available for free in all units and all common areas, including a lounge/co-working space that is perfect for remote work.

🏊🏼 A seasonal pool is open May through October, every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The courtyard closes at 10:00 p.m. The gym is open 24/7.

📍 The Hyve building is centrally located. While the building features excellent soundproofing, some noises may be audible, such as other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction. Earplugs are provided, and the building observes quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

🐕 This is a pet-friendly building; however, the owner of this unit does not allow pets.

👩‍👧‍👧 Families can be provided with a pack 'n play, hook-up chair, baby gate (for units with stairs), play-mat, and toys, at no additional charge. Ask your host for availability.

🧴 Supplies are provided, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.

Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- Although Hyve is a pet-friendly building, Pets are NOT allowed in this property
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the garage. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood.
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.
- For guest's safety, there are cameras in the building. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.

* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or homelessness.

*The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.

Absolutely in love with the unit we stayed in. Very unique experience! We were celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday so the upstairs space was perfect for her and her three friends, while the king bedroom and private bath on the main floor were perfect for me and my sister. Patio was insane! Loved all the space and comfortable seating outside! A few small considerations is that the bedroom on the second floor is an open space so the noise from the first floor and kitchen carried, and it didn’t make for quiet or separated space. The other thing to note is that the train system is next to the building and lots of construction in the area so it was pretty noisy on the balcony and by the pool. However, the settings were so exceptional that these were minor in comparison. Would definitely stay again! The entire building is well maintained and extremely safe!

Brought our daughter and her friend to Music City for their final college Spring Break. Communication with host and owner were thorough and clear as we prepped for our stay, as well as when we prepared to depart. Property is a walkable distance to majority of downtown sights and attractions. This well-appointed property did not disappoint! MASSIVE balcony with 270 degree views.
