Never received check in information. Spend 2+ hours on phone with VRBO trying to get code for access after traveling much of the day. Washer was broken and not disclosed. New washer and dryer left in packing on rear porch. No hot water in Master bathroom shower. And bugs were in the home. We left after 2 nights of a 6 night stay. Requested refund for unused days and had zero response from property manager. Also filed complaints with VRBO and were not followed up with within 24 hours. Going through credit card company to dispute charges since nothing has been done by either party.
