This unique home is divided into two separate units, each boasting its own private patio. The private master suite features a spacious living room, a convenient laundry room, a cozy gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. This side of the house also showcases a great room, complete with a large bar stocked with glassware and a wine fridge, a charming dining room, and yet another full kitchen.
For the ultimate relaxation, indulge in the zero edge jacuzzi, salt water pool, and sauna, all thoughtfully designed to maximize the surrounding views. Please note there is slight road noise while outside, though it has never created an issue while carrying out a normal volume conversation.
