Mostly good

The room was beautiful

I was told they had a shuttle. They don't. They use a commercial shuttle service which carted me all around the place for 30mins, left me to put my suitcase into the trailer and retrieve ir myself over other people's luggage on arrival. Then they charge my $12! 😡

Pullman Sydney Airport is a great hotel. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Our room was modern and clean, lovely toiletries provided. We had a double room and 6 suitcases and we managed to fit in the room with them without much trouble. Breakfast was nice. Thank you to the front desk staff for all your help

Pullman had everything you needed after travelling and needing to wind down and relax a great stay

The Pullman was very professional and clean and had everything you would need when travelling the best shower ever it was amazing beds were great room service prompt

The elevator was slightly confusing I wasn’t able to just go to a different level and unless I was using it wrong it seemed like you had to go to the ground floor at to meet someone from a different floor

A pleasant and comfortable stay.

I like the location which is close to train station. The room is comfortable and we had a good night sleep which we needed. the breakfast buffet was good value.

There is nothing that we didn't like really. An minor issue was that there were no guest sleepers in the room. However room service brought them up within minutes after it was reported.

Great location to airport and friendly staff

Being told we had free car parking when we arrived and then checked out in the morning to be told no sorry you have to pay for parking!!

Disappointed, not usual standard of Pullman. Would not stay in this one again, or recommend.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The set up of the open style bathroom was appalling - no separate room to go to the toilet privately. The noises and odors permeate the whole room, where someone else is sleeping on the bed right next to it. I can't believe this is seen as acceptable. We hated it. Also, we ordered a taxi to catch a flight early the next morning, only to find that some random person jumped in our taxi and took it. The staff did order another taxi, but did not seem overly concerned about the matter. The style of the hotel foyer was not as stylish or classy as other Pullmans I have stayed in. Not sure what the aim was.

Very friendly and attentive staff The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable

Since the hotel is less than 5 mins drive from the airport, taxi drivers don’t think it’s worth their while therefore charge ridiculous amount for such a short trip, but It’s too far to walk to the hotel with luggage, so the only way to get there is pretty much by shuttle bus from one company and it’s very infrequent

Nice little gem close to the airport. Lovely hotel with great bar and restaurant downstairs. Shuttle service to Sydney Airport

It was a little more expensive that i would have liked to have spent. however Saturday night and being close to sydney airport they really can charge what they want.

Good room, great to have a late check out - too far from the airport for us

The room was spacious and well set out. Had robes and slippers and usual amenities. good shower. Given a late checkout which was really helpful

no coffee machine in room an expensive taxi ride from the airport (couldn't be done on public transport with all of our luggage) so - not really an airport hotel as such

Ankommen,entspannen und sich wohl fühlen.

Modernes Hotel mit großem Zimmer und phantastischer Aussicht bis zum Flughafen. Trotzdem absolut ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal und netter Empfang durch Mukunda,der sehr höflich und hilfsbereit war.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

No free wifi, seriously ? This is 2023 right and you want $20 a day for wifi WTF. Room service stops at 11.30 pm. This place has a good location and nice rooms but get into the 21st century.

Happy with our 2 night stay. Will stay again if ever need a hotel close to Sydney airport.

Location - airport, train station and central city. Restaurant onsite.

Parking was extra cost as well as wifi. Thought it was all inclusive
