About this house rental

Spacious 4-bedroom & loft, 3.5-bath townhome with a box-seat view of the Ocean Pines Golf Course. Beautifully furnished for comfortable living where you can spread out with privacy with sleeping and relaxing on each of three levels.

Located in a secluded, quiet cul-de-sac convenient to all of Ocean Pines and its amenities; just 15 minutes from the Ocean City beaches and convenient to 18 golf courses. For your comfort we offer a non-smoking, no pets, rental for families, multi-generational, extended families or adult groups (must be 25 years or older to reserve - no teen or beach week groups).

Open concept main floor with a full kitchen, island bar, dining area, great room, screen porch & deck and primary bedroom suite with king bed. Upstairs bedroom with two singles, bath and loft, with two single bed fold out love seats, overlooking main level. Ground level has family room, a bedroom with another king and a bedroom with pyramid bunks (singles on top, full beds on bottom), laundry and full bath. Beds for 12, plus two single bed fold out chairs (these chairs are more like small love seats).

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are provided, bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries, etc.

We were shocked to find that the condition of the house was not at all like the pictures posted online. The house was dirty, stains everywhere-on chair cushions, carpets, ottomans, etc. You did not even want to sit on them. There was dried vomit or feces on the downstairs bunk bed railings. The upstairs toilet overflowed. The pillows were very old, yellowed and had either vomit or feces stains on them. The one bunk on the bottom is broken and cannot be used. One chair at the kitchen counter had a broken rail. There were roaches in the dishwasher and downstairs shower, and two on the counter and floor. There was hair in the shower. The bathroom towel bars fell out of the walls. The people to sleep downstairs would not sleep in the bunk beds due to dirty and broken conditions, and slept on the floor in the family room on a blanket. The pots/pans had mold or something in them and we could not cook with them. We had to eat out each night. I also had to spend $200 on linens as there was no bedding or towels/washcloths.The unit was so dirty and stained - even the walls, that it was disgusting. I would have left if I had another chance at another reservation. I was basically stuck. I requested a refund, and was given a very small % back of what I paid. Not even close to what I requested. I paid top dollar and for that could have had an ocean front hotel room for the same amount of time. DO NOT rent this unit! You will regret it if you do.

Nice house very clean and well stocked in the kitchen.Had a few minor issues with the tv remotes but problem was resolved. Good comunication from host. Barbecue was in the garage had to be used in the driveway should have it on the nice deck outside on the main levelbut overall everything was good family had a nice timethe drit

The design of the unit was great but the upkeep was terrible. The carpet was stained the furniture was stained and damaged as well. The interior doors were damaged and some of the furniture was as well. The major turn off was when we saw a roach. The guest that we’re planning to stay refused and drove back home which was a 2 hour ride or more for most. They feared taking roaches back to their home the 3 of us that did stay put our overnight bags up high or in the tub. It has a bad experience and because people that were suppose to stay didn’t… it was a waste of money!
