One of the Best Places in America, Leucadia! This home is located in a neighborhood close to local surf hot spots or take a ride on one of our bikes to the other nearby beaches, and surf breaks at Grandview, & Moonlight beach. There are restaurants, local coffee hangouts, parks, shopping, art galleries and the many unique businesses abound along Historic Highway 101 in Leucadia. Sorry we love pets but NO PETS AT THIS HOME. Thank you

Sorry we love pets BUT NO ANIMALS at this home. This townhouse is fully loaded with all the amenities you need to enjoy Leucadia. Soak in the sun and smell the ocean air in the lush Private outdoor space. Just a Short trip to downtown Encinitas and all the local hot spots and beachesThe entire home and charming, lush backyard is for guest's use. There is a private patio to enjoy morning coffee or just enjoy this peaceful beach city.
