From the separate entrance we are greeted by an elegant 18-square-meter living room that has a two-seater sofa, 32-inch flat-screen smart TV with Netflix, free wifi, air conditioning, open kitchenette equipped with every comfort with induction cooktop and hood, pantry, private bathroom with laundry area and electric hair dryer.
From the living room, an elegant and very comfortable staircase made of solid poplar wood leads to the second floor, which has a master bedroom with a bed with rigid wooden slats, queen-size mattress, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with shower stall.
Comfortable, pleasant, quiet, YOU&ME, boasts an optimal location as it is situated a short distance from the Bastions, Alghero's pride and joy, which boast a wonderful view of the Capo Caccia Protected Park and a panorama that will surely leave you breathless.
From YOU&ME Apartment you can easily move on foot for any need, to go to the sea comfortably by bicycle or scooter, stroll through the streets of the Old Town among stores, cafes, delicatessens and restaurants, seaside kiosks, markets, nature trails.
