We got to property and were met by a nice guy from rental management, he explained that a closet door was removed and a shelf due to safety and that there’s a tile loose in hallway. He lives and we realize there’s no internet, no shower pole nor curtains , the hand held showers don’t reach the holder on wall, the stove does not work , there is no oven.., call the guy that was over to check in, he told us he will handle internet but everything else we must contact rental company he couldn’t do anything . We tried and tried dead silence, we contacted VRBO who we reserved with kept telling us to give it time . On third day we went out and purchased shower curtains and poles bc water would flood bathroom , after 4th day finally VRBO told us they would do nothing to help this were not problems in their book, to contact managers they were sure they would take care of it . Never responded our calls , texts. Then we realize there’s a water jug that we must empty 3 times a day or it would flood balcony it was ac condensation water, so the apartment is not bad but horrible management horrible , we stayed otherwise would lose or money, VRBO called and offered 100$ for our troubles we took it to cover our expenses . Would never rent from o’Sol a Spanish management or from VRBO.. the apartment it self was ok. No parking for apartment and it’s hell finding a parking space
