Master bedroom with king bed + en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and a walk-in master closet. Second bedroom includes queen size bed and en suite bathroom with + walk in shower. Additional Den includes a queen size sleeper sofa plus another full bathroom with shower. Bonus recreation space has a Daybed and trundle, perfect for family. Home includes brand new chef's kitchen and over 2,000 s.f of living space plus 3 Floors of outdoor space to enjoy - paver patio, screened lanai off the kitchen and a top floor sundeck overlooking the community pool - providing an airy beach feeling in an elegant setting.
All the conveniences are right here for you - there is a washer and dryer, brand new beach chairs and towels, beach umbrella and bikes for you to enjoy! Gated community, 2 heated pools, a separate hot tub and just steps to beach. Close to restaurants and shopping, conveniently located just 30 minutes from airport.
Available for monthly and multi-month lease. Current availability May-December 2024.
Children under 10 not permitted due to open staircase & balcony. No more than 8 guests allowed per HOA rules.
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received. There is an additional $100 HOA application fee (subject to change) that is NOT included with this booking and is paid SEPARATELY.
