About this apartment rental
This is a truly stunning apartment! As roomy as a house with high-quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra-comfortable couch, matching dining setting and huge TV, and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too.
The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views and is completely separate. It has a great wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows and excellent views of their own. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request.
Additional guest is accommodated on a fold-up bed.
Within the building, there is a stunning indoor heated swimming pool, gym, and barbecue facilities that guests may use.
Undercover parking for one vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee.
Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.
From time to time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs, etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday, or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer, and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5-night minimum applies. Any one or two-night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single-night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. This is not currently included in the displayed quote. The 30% loading needs to be added to the displayed quoted rate. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.
NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony.
Common facilities are now open to use.
If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise.

Great place, clean, tidy, easy checkout, just a slight hiccup with check-in but easily sorted. Would stay again.

Our recent stay at SB Grand III was truly a home away from home. The apartment had everything we needed to live comfortably, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The proximity to the river was a highlight, allowing us to easily walk down for dinners and experience the vibrant nightlife.
The host was exceptional, providing clear guidance to our parking spot and room. When we encountered an issue with the washing machine, he promptly directed us to the master switch in the bathroom, resolving the problem efficiently.
However, there were a couple of drawbacks. One night, a neighbor's loud argument disrupted our sleep, and a resident made an unkind comment about my 8-year-old son waiting for the elevator. Despite these incidents, our overall experience was positive, and we appreciated the comfortable accommodations and excellent location.

Location was great for walking to all my businesses meetings that week, including longer walks on the Saturday to the South Melbourne and Victoria Markets. The property had a lap pool which I used to get some workouts in. Nearby grocery and wine stores allowed me to cook in a few nights and make home of the place. Great views and fully met me business trip needs!
