With an open-plan kitchen and dining room and adjoining sitting room with wood burning stove, The Barn is a perfect two storey modern cottage, with generous accommodation which includes a spacious king-size master suite with a sitting area and television, dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath. The second bedroom has twin single beds and its own en-suite shower room. A large utility room and separate boot room completes the attractive accommodation. Outside, the property has a pretty sheltered courtyard garden with garden furniture, and in front of the property is a large lawned garden with fruit trees affording wonderful views across the glorious countryside.

Neighbouring The Byre is a single-storey converted barn with an open-plan layout incorporating a cosy sitting area with wood burning stove and sliding glass doors, a spacious dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and underfloor heating throughout. The generous accommodation includes two bedrooms, both able to provide a king-size bed, or they can be configured as twin singles, each having a glazed door leading out to the garden terrace. Bedroom one has an en-suite shower room, and there is a beautiful bathroom next to bedroom two with a feature free-standing bath, and a large separate shower enclosure. The Byre also benefits from a useful entry area incorporating a bench, boot space and cloak area, a washing machine and extra storage. Outside, there is a paved terrace running the length of the front of the property, where you will find a bench and table and chairs, offering opportunities for relaxing, and alfresco dining, whilst admiring the stunning views. Also at the front of the property you can enjoy a large lawned garden with shrubs.
