The property is located a stroll away from Pools and Sandy beach. Sandy beach, the most popular of the two, is a favorite spot for vacationers and locals looking for surfing and swimming. Most of the beaches in Rincon are reef bottom but Sandy is named for its soft sandy bottom making it an ideal beach vacation spot.
First Floor Unit - The first-floor unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV and dining room. The back bedroom includes a full bathroom and leads to the pool area.
First floor also includes an outdoor dining table, two outdoor showers, sitting area and pool with lounge chairs.
Second Floor Unit - The second-floor unit includes 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms includes a trundle bed), 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV and dining room. The half bathroom is accessible from the outdoor patio. Watch the famous Rincon sunsets from the balcony sitting area.
Washer and Dryer are located outdoor on the second floor. The home is equipped with solar panels and 2 Tesla generators capable of powering the entire home during a power outage, as well as two 600-gallon cisterns, a must for any PR worry-free vacation!
