BUILDING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
The building is located almost in the heart of Wroclaw on Kępa Mieszczańska, a small island located on the Oder River. It is a green place, surrounded by water on all sides, but not so far from the strict center of Wroclaw. In the area you can find plenty of restaurants, bars and retail and service outlets. Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Mieszczański Park or a short walk along the Odra River. Only a few minutes walk is enough to find yourself in Wroclaw's Old Market Square, a place full of culture and history. It is also worth a look at the many museums, cafes or restaurants located within its boundaries. In the immediate vicinity of the building is the Center for Performing Arts, which is sure to appeal to lovers of avant-garde art. The neighborhood is well connected to the rest of Wroclaw, the nearest bus stop is just two minutes from the apartment.
The building offers a spa area (sauna, salt grotto) and a gym.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the second floor in a building with elevator access. It can accommodate four people, so it is an ideal option for families or groups traveling together. Two beds are located in the bedroom on a double kingsize bed, while another two are located in the living room on a double sofa bed. A delicious meal can be prepared with the help of an induction cooktop located in the stylish kitchenette, as well as an oven. A dishwasher is also available, so don't worry about tedious dishwashing. Coffee brewed in a capsule coffee maker during warmer days can be enjoyed on the balcony belonging to the apartment. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, washer/dryer, towels and a set of complimentary toiletries. The apartment has access to all multimedia amenities, including a high-speed WiFi connection and a flat-screen TV with terrestrial TV access. There is no parking space attached to the apartment.
