This charming apartment welcomes you to its 122 m² of comfort. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it comprises :

- a living space with a bright lounge opening onto a 5 m² balcony, and a convivial dining room,
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower,
- two further bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and workspace,
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- TV, stereo system, wifi, and a selection of books,
- a secure parking space in the basement.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
