80m from the beach, offering a view of the garden, this holiday home for 8 people on two levels, has a west terrace with barbecue, an east balcony overlooking Plaisance beach, 3 bedrooms (2 160 beds and 2 90 bunk beds), a living room, a flat-screen TV, wifi, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and an oven, as well as 2 bathrooms with a shower. A garage with washing machine to store your bikes and surfboard is at your disposal. A parking space on the property is dedicated to you.
Pets not allowed.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid on arrival (150€), bed linen (15€/pers) and towels (9€/pers) not provided, optional upon reservation with the Concierge. Consumption package of €70/week (€10/day) out of season to be paid at the concierge.

Just 500 meters from the port of Douhet, and opposite the Plaisance beach car park, we can enjoy the charm of our coasts for beautiful walks or bike rides thanks to the numerous cycle paths.
The charm of the island also offers you activities inland: the Saumonards national forest a few meters from the house along the coast, the marshes to discover on foot a few meters from the house, the salt marshes to visit where you can get local salt, tennis lessons to rent in Foulerot 5 minutes by bike.
