About this apartment rental
Good morning !
Pleasant fully equipped apartment with 1 bedroom, it is perfect for a person on a business trip or even for a couple.
The apartment
The living room is composed of an equipped kitchen and a central table, with a lounge area. The room is well decorated and has a shower room. The WC is independent and located in the entrance. And to top it all off: you can benefit from access to the building's shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer on request only (extra charge).
The apartment's WiFi connection is sufficient for checking your emails or surfing the internet, however it is not efficient enough for teleworking (videoconferencing, streaming, etc.).
Access
Located on the first floor with access by elevator or staircase.
The neighborhood
Rue Saint-Rémy is a charming pedestrian alley in the city center with beautiful facades and some good shops: Audace, Mon Sac à Moi, Cellier Saint-Paul, Lulu Store, Bloops and restaurants: El Mosquito and Il Quadrifoglio.A few minutes walk from the apartment, you will find everything you need: restaurants, bars, shops, banks, cinemas and gym.Liège is a city small enough that everything is accessible on foot and quickly! This is one of the many reasons why I love my city!
Transportation
You will be able to access the accommodation:
By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is that of Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus)
By bus : the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop (200m) is served by a large number of lines
By car : rue Saint-Rémy is reserved for residents of the street, but it is possible to park on the streets neighbors (paid parking), or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

When you arrive, someone from the agency will be waiting for you on site. to give you the keys, take stock of the premises and give you a maximum information about the city!
Bail
Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:
For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.
Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
