If you're looking for a grand vacation, a big get-together, or you're thinking of upsizing and would like to try it out before you buy your own 5th wheel, then you'll love spending time in this great floor plan from an amazing company. We have included basically everything you would need so that you can get the most enjoyment out of your adventure! This trailer can easily sleep 6 full grown people with 2 in the king bed, 2 in the hide-a-bed, 1 in the loft, and 1 on the large u-shaped dinette. However, if you have little ones, you will be able fit a couple more. This rig has all the essentials: gas stove with oven, outside gas griddle, full-sized microwave, large sink, large pantry, full-sized fridge, outside mini-fridge, full bathroom, dual Air Conditioners, TV with HDMI input and soundbar, electric fireplace, on-demand water heater, and extra long dinette and tons of storage. Enjoy the outdoors by the fire, or if the weather is not cooperating, have a night inside playing games or watching the TV! You will love being able to take some of the comforts of home with you wherever you decide to go. Inside, you will have fresh sheets/blankets/pillows/towels for 6 included. Also included are utensils for 8, paper towels, toilet paper, and some basic cleaning supplies. There is even some family table-top games and puzzles for your enjoyment! Outdoor items include, a portable firepit, 6 folding chairs, 2 end tables, an outdoor mat, some bug spray, small portable fans, and some night lighting (flashlights/headlamps/small LED lanterns/a string of patio lights). Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker with an insert for ground coffee, a small ice maker, an air fryer, an Insta Pot, and an indoor S'more's making station for when the weather is keeping you from enjoying this staple camping treat! This trailer has large tanks, but it's also power hungry, so we do not recommend boondocking with it. It is a 50amp trailer, however, you can use it at a 30amp site, you will just have to be mindful of your power consumption when running both ACs. Feel free to message with any questions! Note: When you book a campsite, make sure it has enough room for a 40-foot 5th-wheel. Good RV parks will normally tell you the size of RV each site can fit. It’s always a good idea to call or email the park to double-check. Sometimes the problem isn’t the size of the site, but it's the roads and trees that lead to the site that is the problem.
