Welcome to Hacienda Lantana. This family-friendly, central located paradise, the house is split as follows-
The GROUND FLOOR is a 3 bedroom 2 bath.
The UPSTAIRS is a 3 bedroom 2 bath.
The adjacent CASITA comes with a bedroom, bathroom, living room area, and kitchen.
The GROUND FLOOR has two entrances.
The front of the property opens into an open concept living and kitchen area. Complete with fireplace, bar seating and large 8 top dining table. The second entry has double glass doors. They open into the dining area, off of the patio and has convenient access to Casita. This can be a shared large patio with a patio table for 6. The dining area has a large bay window that looks out onto the patio, off of the pool area. This is a fully equipped kitchen.
The Master has a king bed plus a twin trundle. The Master bath has a large( non jacuzzi) tub with walk in shower and double sink vanity. There is a separation of the two bedrooms with living room. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper with fireplace.
The adjacent bedrooms house twin beds and the queen bedroom has a private patio off of the pool area. In between is the bathroom with walk in shower.
The UPSTAIRS has three stairwell accesses. One that is down the pathway to the Casita, one to the right of the property closest to the sidewalk leading to beach, the other is off of the master bedroom and leads to the pool area.
The first entrance down path leads you to an approximate 600sq.ft.balcony. You can see the fireworks from this balcony, albeit it is at a distance. This entry opens into the kitchen that is fully equipped. It has a large dining table for 8.
The area then leads into the living area that has the sofa sleeper.
The Master room has a king bed along with a twin day bed. The Master bath has a large( non-jacuzzi) tub and walk in shower, along with double vanity. This bedroom has an approximate 250sq.ft. deck that has a pool view. Perfect for private sunning or quiet time.
The two bedrooms have one with twin beds and one with queen bed. The rooms are separated by the bathroom that has a bathtub and shower combo.
The CASITA has two entrances, one that is down the main path and one that opens onto large ground floor patio. The door can also be locked off and only accessed by the private patio on the opposite side. This efficiency style has a king, spacious closet area, small nook with two bar stools, a breakfast table with two chairs, a full kitchen- efficiency style. Oven with four burners, microwave and refrigerator. This part of the property faces the playground that sits on an entire lot.
The playground has a play set and trampoline. It has plenty of room for horseshoes, corn hole, volleyball or whatever you can dream of setting up. Note-there is no lighting after dark.
The Palapa is an area that has a table for 4 with shade to watch playground activities and or pool. The grill is usually housed in this location.
The pool has a beach entry and the opposite end has a shallow/baby wading portion and hot tub opposite. The pool at it’s furthest depth is approximately 5ft.
There is a pool bathroom with toilet, sink and full size walk in shower.
The outdoor laundry room is located across from pool bathroom.
Being centrally located you have great access at the end of the street, to the beach access. It is about a 3-5 minute walk. You cross over Gulf Blvd directly. It has showers to rinse and it is a quiet location. Not a few blocks away to your left is Wanna Wannas. To your right is the Palms Cafe.
On Padre Blvd and almost next door (right) is a Wine Bar, Car repair if needed, and a Dollar General is 4 blocks to your left. Water Tower park is great for kids and walkable from the home to your left of Padre Blvd. Feldmans liquor is approximately 4 blocks, on Atol. The Upper Deck Hotel and bar is on the same street. 5-6 blocks away is Baptist Church and Whataburger.
