Our flat, located only 250m from the beach, in a building with an elevator and a gorgeous shared pool, is composed by a double bedroom with a single bed, a spacious dining/living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave, and a full bathroom with shower curtains.
An uncovered parking space is included and A/C is available at an extra weekly cost.
Its main feature remains the lovely view, over the pool. In the distance, you can also appreciate the seaview.
This is the ideal solution for up to 5 guests, may them be both a family and a group of friends.
-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.
°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-A/C (if available): 50eur per week
-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week
No linens and towels provided.
The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.
Porto Santa Margherita is a wonderful and renowned seaside destination in Veneto, near Caorle, North of Venice. You can enjoy excellent food in all the restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops across the town. Also, you can shop at supermarkets for great gastronomic products, souvenir and clothes shops.
