It has everything you need!

We recently enjoyed a great stay at this sweet cottage in Rehoboth. Loved how close it was to Surf Bagel (try the Islander!) and Crust and Craft. Traffic gets a little crazy sometimes headed into Rehoboth or Lewes but we never had any issues with the short drive and easily found parking every time we wanted to go to the beach.
The inside was totally spotless and it had all the amenities (air fryer, ice maker, great coffee maker, etc.).
We ate out a lot but there was a fully stocked kitchen - we always found everything we were looking for. The outdoor patio was super nice to hang out on - the kiddos had a lot of meals out there.
We were a little hesitant about the beds due to seeing a prior review but we all slept great on the mattresses (I think they're memory foam)! Having the bedrooms on all different sides of the house was a perfect layout for our group (there was two on the left and one on the right downstairs, and one on the left and one on the right upstairs).
Can't recommend enough. Will absolutely be back and would love to make this a place for annual traditions!

Super clean, cute, and comfortable house. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for our group. Easy drive to the beach and walkable to restaurants, shopping, and activities while still being on a quiet street away from the crowds. Check-in was easy and host was very responsive on all communications. Loved it, we'll be back!

I stayed her with my family for 5 nights. The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location is close to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer. They were dog friendly and even had some doggie beds available for our dog. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood! From the moment we walked in the door, everything was just terrific. Such a clean property, and very well cared for. In the home, we had everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping space for each in our group. The living room space was comfortable for all eight of us to lounge together and watch tv at the end of the day. The kitchen was large and stocked with all kinds of appliances and details for snacking while at the house. The teens had their own space to themselves upstairs with two bedrooms, two comfy pull out couches, a game area, and a bathroom all to themselves. The back porch was quiet and inviting for morning coffees. Plenty of fresh, clean linen in the closets. We all remarked on how clean everything was! The rental itself is in walking distance to the outlets and main drag with mini golf and restaurants and retail shopping. Rehoboth Beach is a short distance from the property. We did a sunrise beach trip and traffic was almost null. However, plan for 25-30 minutes for the drive and parking for a Rehoboth Beach Day in the summer. We would most definitely find our way back to this house in the future.

This is our first visit to Delaware and the Rehoboth area. After reading the reviews we decided to book. This property was everything that we read about. What a wonderful place to stay! It had everything we needed and more. The owners really took the time to thoughtfully plan for all the essentials! All the furnishings and the kitchenware as well as the grill out back seemed brand new, and the decor was beautiful! I can't say enough about the property. It was right off the strip with everything nearby. Grocery stores, restaurants, family activities were all within walking distance. It's a short drive to the beach which we also appreciated. If you are looking for a GREAT place to stay, THI IS IT!! We will most definitely book again in the future!

What a great vacation house. Close to many amenities. House is clean and well maintained. A short uber or ride to the boardwalk. Would recommend for anyone looking for a vacation at the beach. The house had all the amenities you would need...blankets, sheets, towels, pots, pans, silverware, soap, shampoo...youname it, it has it. Looking forward to my next trip there and will definitley book this house again.

A two word summary would be Relaxing and Thoughtful. But let me break that down. My wife, myself, and our three kids loved our experience here. We had two other couples and their children join us as well for part of the time and there was plenty of space for everyone. The place is extremely private/quiet (dead end street) but still within walking distance to some seriously tasty eateries (surf bagel and a wood fire pizza joint). It was also within walking distance to go kart racing and outlets for shopping. There is a bike/running trail close by as well. The drive to the beach took 12 minutes each way (highly recommend parking on Maryland ave - it's one street over from the main street and not packed with other people so you can get close). The house location was ideal. But the house itself (and the things included) was what really impressed us. The layout was spacious, practical, and homey. All of the bedrooms (except 2 that are side by side) are spread out so the noise isolation (especially with young children and a new born) was perfect. The beds and the seating throughout the place were all comfortable. There is an oversized sectional in the downstairs living room as well as two additional comfy seats and then the 8 person dining table and 4 person bar seating at the island meant everyone could fellowship together and still be spread out. The extra living room upstairs was ideal for our young kids to play in the morning so they weren't waking the people in the downstairs bedrooms. The three full baths made it extra functional. Then there was the full kitchen - i've never been to a vacation property that had everything I needed in the kitchen. There's usually small things like forgetting plastic bags, or clips for the chips, or a high chair for the baby. But they had all that. Coffee and pod maker, large island with seating and a large dining table in an open floor plan with the living room. So much silverware, plate ware, and drink ware that you wouldn't have to run the dishwasher for several days. And a ton more. Everything you need for full meal prep was there. There was a laundry room. A front porch with rockers. A back porch with tables, seating and a grill. And enough yard space to play games. The intentionality continued beyond the kitchen to the rest of the house. There was a pack and play with fitted sheets. Toys for our 2 and 3 year olds. Extra cozy blankets in every closet. A bed for our dog (would not have known this was a dog friendly property by the look - it was spotless). There were even desks in the bedrooms for those like me that have to take the occasional video call. The main floor was on a separate thermostat from upstairs. And the upstairs had individual temp control in each room and the living room so everyone could set their temp comforts for bedtime. We also appreciated the nice but minimal decor - less things for the kids to get into but still welcoming. This place was well thought out and relaxing. Thank you!

This house is so spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of rooms for numerous guests to enjoy their own space, yet the living areas are also large and can accommodate groups of people nicely. The bedrooms are comfy and well-decorated. There were plenty of appliances, dishes, and cooking supplies in the kitchen, even plastic baggies in case you need to pack snacks for the beach. This house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It's in the perfect location - close to outlets, shops, restaurants, and just 10 minutes from the beach. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!
