Let me share a local insider tip with you... Take a closer look at the map, our neighborhood, situated to the EAST of Rt 1 has a distinct vibe compared to the area on the WEST side of Rt1. Here, you can leisurely stroll to the intercoastal without having to cross a busy street, flanked by some of the most expensive real estate in the country. Flagler Drive is the preeminent path to walk and enjoy the ocean breeze as you watch the yachts sail by. What's more, you can walk to Joseph's market (one of the best grocers), Pink Steak for a swanky dinner or Celi's for your coffee, açai bowls and healthy wraps. Palm Paradise's location sets the stage for an amazing experience.

The house itself has everything you need. A fully stocked kitchen, crisp linens, plush bath and pool towels, a private heated pool, 3 adult bikes (1 child's bike) and beach gear. For the littles - we have a brand-new pack n play.

Whether you're craving a day at the beach, lounging by the pool, or indulging in a shopping spree, Palm Paradise offers the perfect setting to enjoy it all.

There is construction close to the home. It is hard to tell how much noise there may be as it depends on what they are working on during your stay. We have discounted the rates to compensate for any potential disturbance. This is a phenomenal opportunity to stay in a home that normally rents for 30% more than what you are seeing today. NOTE: Construction should be done by February 2025.

There is a pack n play available.

The Pool is heated during the day to 85° from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night.

The property itself was as advertised and I'd highly recommend it to friends and family. The only downside was the construction surrounding the house and backyard while we were there. It was loud with music from the construction workers and also noise from diggers and compression machinery that ran all day.

The home was immaculate, everything smelled so freshly washed. The pool/backyard were event better than pictured! The beds were like clouds, kitchen was adorable, and everything was in perfect working order. We needed one more pair of sheets upon arrival for the pull out sofa, and the property manager promptly assisted us so we were set for the evening. Everyone I who stayed with me loved this home - highly recommend staying!

Overall, property was nice. They definitely modernized most features in the home while keeping a colonial feel. MAJOR NEGATIVE was that there was NO WIFI OR CABLE. Had I known this beforehand, I would NOT have booked this property. I spent way more time than I wanted trying to resolve this and eventually spoke directly to AT&T who requested I stay home during a specific 4 hour window in order to troubleshoot this. During a 2 day vacation, I was not going to do that. This house is not built for people who are tall (6 foot or more?). One of the guests had to duck to not hit his head while going up and down the stairs. Some of the carpets were dirty. The carpet on the stairs hurt to walk on. The doors to the bathrooms were tough to open and close. MAJOR POSITIVE the backyard pool area was beautiful! They have really created a nice setup in the back with the pool layout area being a perfect size for a toddler to splash in. They had floaties to lay out on and inflatables too. Even thought the backyard was incredible, I don't think I would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our little getaway. The three cousins met up with the kids to spend a great week bbqing and laying by the pool. Tip: don’t do laundry while showering!! Lol.
