HOUSE RULES:

- The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation with no refund if rules are broken.

- Make sure to read all the house rules included with the listing. If any of the rules could potentially present a problem, this home is not the right choice for you.

- No third party bookings are allowed.

- Some dogs will be allowed, but must inquire before booking as we have very strict rules for dogs. This includes service animals. If a dog is brought without permission the reservation will be terminated and you will be asked to leave with no refund + a $200 charge.

- Must be 21+ to book this property.

- The person who makes the reservation must be present for the entire booking. If not, please let us know ahead of time.

- The exact number of guests staying at the home must be listed when booking and any changes must be sent to the host for approval. If more then the number of guests listed show up to the home you will be asked to leave with no refund.

- Noise must be at a minimum after 11p.m. Please respect the neighbours.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home or in the lanai area (a fee of $200+ will be applied). Any cigarette butts that are found anywhere outside on the property extra charges of $200+ will be applied.

- If anything is damaged, broken, or stolen the cost of the item + delivery will be charged.
