Live the experience of a peaceful and charming place.
In the heart of Luberon and near the village of Pierrevert, our villa offers a garden with olive trees where you can enjoy the intimacy and tranquility of the environment for a relaxing stay under the Provencal sun. You will be close to the town of Manosque, the birthplace of writer and filmmaker Jean Giono. Its strategically ideal location allows you to discover the charm of Provence.
Family villa surrounded by a closed and wooded garden of 1000m² with a secure private pool (fenced and accessible through a secure gate) (filled with water in early May). You can park up to 2 vehicles undercover. Enjoy a south-facing and shaded terrace where you can have lunch and barbecue, another southwest-facing terrace adjacent to one of the bedrooms where you can enjoy your coffee in complete privacy.

1 ensuite bathroom
1 bathroom (1 bathtub & 1 shower)
1 independent toilet
A large living room
A fully equipped separate kitchen
A laundry room

Only 1.1km from the village center, you can easily access amenities while enjoying the peace and serenity of the surrounding countryside. The property is located in the Luberon Regional Natural Park, close to many shops within walking distance at 700 meters (bakery, supermarket), and at 1.1km, you will find the butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, and medical center.
