Plan your getaway in the awesome coastal town of Dillon Beach.

Our modern cottage is bright, sparkling clean and a quick walk or roll down to the shoreline. Enjoy high-end bedding and linens, extra fluffy towels, super-soft blankets and quality soaps and products. We provide Boyd’s or Peet's coffee for the either the Keurig or SMEG coffeemaker, as well as sugar, cream and sweetener. We have super-fast WiFi, Sonos sound system, 3 Smart TVs and radiant heated flooring upstairs.

Upstairs: 1 Queen bed and full bath (suite)
Downstairs: 1 Full bed and full bath (suite). This room is semi-private but feels like its own bedroom. We also have a cozy converted space with pillows and books for small children.

There is an upstairs patio with water views, and a downstairs deck with a fire pit and BBQ. We provide boogie boards, surfboards and beach towels, and hot water showers on the back deck.

Dillon Beach is surrounded by beautiful shoreline, hiking trails and excursions in nearby towns, and there are many things to do along Tomales Bay.

We are newly owner-managed as of March 2024 and cannot wait to have you stay. We think you will love it here!

This place was probably the cleanest house I’ve stayed in in thirty years of renting on the coast. Everything was tidy, no clutter, top notch linens, etc. The internet is super! No problem logging onto the Roku in the bedroom and signing into our own apps. The ONLY thing that is a negative is the living area. They should really consider putting “real furniture “ in there like a couch and recliner or something. The bench seating is not comfortable. Also some small corner wall shelf of something in the bedrooms where one could set eyeglasses and a phone. There’s nothing like that. All in all a VERY nice house.

Great location, easy parking, and a perfect home to enjoy while on vacation. Like others have said, the upscale appliances, dishes, furniture, and views made the stay enjoyable. Comfy beds and everything was very clean. The outdoor showers were convenient after a long day at the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

We only got to stay two nights, but it was very relaxing and quiet. It was so convenient to take a short walk to the great restaurant and the upscale, really nice little beach store. The beach decor in the Coastal Cottage was very charming and the upstairs was flooded with natural light. We got lucky when the fog burned off early so we could take a 3-mile walk down the beach early in the morning. My husband even swam in the ocean before 10:00 A.M. It was great to see so many families on the beach in the afternoon playing in the water, with buckets and shovels, playing frisbee and flying kites. I was so busy people watching that I hardly read the book I had brought. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Perfect little house for a little getaway! It's conveniently located down the road from Dillion Beach (less than 5 minutes). We also loved the little restaurant and store down the road too - they had the best chowder and baked goods! It did seem a little older than I imagined from the pictures but still very comfortable and clean. A couple of random notes: - There are plenty of Keurig coffee pods - no need to buy any! - They had all you could need in the kitchen - cooking oil, S&P, sugar, cookware, soap, wine bottle opener, etc. - The shower head is really low/short in one of the bathrooms. But second bathroom was regular height. - There's a washer/dryer in the house, but not usable as notated by the owner.

This was a perfect home for four people -- two children, two adults. The views were amazing and there were plenty of options to spread out and relax. Beautiful views and communication with the owner/manager was efficient. We loved our stay so much, we ended up staying an extra night!

The house is lovely with a great view. Modern appliances and great toiletries. However, the televisions only work if you log on with your own streaming services but don't bother. The wi-fi seems to be inadequate to stream shows without enduring lengthy buffering - it took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to watch a one hour show. The time of day made no difference, even at 3:00 am with no one else using it; the delays were maddening. We did not contact the manager about this because it didn't seem to be something that could be easily addressed. Maybe we should have? But if you're really there to just soak up the ocean vibe then you'll be happy with this choice. The selection of beach toys, paddle , boogie and surf boards is impressive

The place is simple but has very unique touches, like the lighting and the heated floors. The views are mesmerizing and the place is very relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear and utensils. I would highly recommend this for 2 people and a few kids. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint.

The owners have done a wonderful job of making this property feel like your own. The small space is beautiful, comfortable, and very functional, with everything needed, including surfboards and bogie boards! They were very responsive to communications and accommodating. It is perfect for a small family with one older child or two small children.

This home was very comfortable. The size was just right for us (2 adults 2 kids ages 10 and 13). Everything we need and very comfortable. The views from the home ad wonderful. Loved the huge patio and separate elevated balcony. Also, the outdoor showers were SO nice! We plan on returning.

We both loved the place. It is inviting and comfortable. Only negative is the recessed floor in the living room area. We both stumbled over it numerous times and one of us tripped and fell hard onto the dining room floor, sending a cell phone across the room and a dining chair onto its side. No harm done this time other than it hurt like hell! Our advice is to have that floor raised/leveled before someone gets seriously hurt. Otherwise the home is fantastic! Thank you!

We loved staying so close to the beach with our 2 elementary-aged children. There was only 1 bed and one pullout futon on the bottom floor. The “day bed” in the living room was just a wood bench with a thin cushion on it. There is no cellular service but the WiFi works great. There is a washer & dryer but the power is turned off to them as they do not allow guests to use them. We did have a problem with bug bites from the home which I did inform the property manager on our 5th day of our stay (we stayed for 8 days) but I did not hear anything back. There was no vacuum or any cleaning products to clean up after ourselves besides 1 roll of paper towels and dish soap. The home was cute and comfortable other then those few set backs.
