Ouzel Peak 22A is a cozy 2BR/2BA condo with amazing views of Marys Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features a comfy queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a large jetted bath tub/shower combo.
Enjoy more mountain views from the deck. With central AC to keep everything cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

This has probably been the 5th time we have stayed in this room. It's been a quiet getaway, close enough to town to grab food or groceries (or an Estes Park Massage couple massage!), but far enough away it is quiet and a great view of the landscape. The room has always been great, easy to get to, and amenities are just right. Highly recommend it!

Loved staying at this condo! We have stayed in this area before and love the amazing views with the close proximity to town and RMNP. Condo was very clean. The only issue we had was the door…the initial code did not work but we called the number and it got taken care of right away. But the automatic lock would randomly try to unlock itself day and night. Other than that, would definitely stay here again!

We've been coming to EP for nearly 15 years now and 2 years ago started staying at this particular unit and area. We love to come off season primarily so we can work then play and hike. Having an equipped kitchen is really important to me so I can cook as well and this unit has a nicely equipped kitchen and bath. The rooms are spacious and give us some room to roam. We have grown to really love this specific area too of EP. And the Skyrun staff is so accommodating and responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Can't wait to come back in the fall/winter.

Very clean and comfortable condo with plenty of windows looking out at a beautiful view of the mountains. Comfortable bedding and living room furniture. Wireless internet worked fine and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you are cooking. Close to the Rocky Mountain National Park (Beaver Meadows) and "downtown" Estes Park. Check in and out was very easy. Saw deer and rabbits on the property. One issue to note is that the fireplace is not functional if that is something you require. I didn't. Would stay here again!

Outside of the downtown area. Quiet and peaceful. Saw elk herd nearby the first night. Nice view. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Could not get our Fire TV Stick to work for nighttime movies.

This condo was wonderful for my son & me as a home base for hiking, exploring downtown Estes Park and location. We were very comfortable and loved the view, the cozy fireplace after a chilly hike and the unit itself was comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I stayed at Ouzel Peak for our wedding anniversary and everything was wonderful! We loved the close distance to Rocky Mountain national park and enjoyed the views from the property as well, would absolutely stay again in the future!!

The pictures do the place justice. It is beautiful inside and out. We would 100% stay here again. The location was amazing with great proximity to RMNP and downtown. Great location and everything was as advertised! This place was very cozy and our family loved it. We even got to see some wildlife walk by! I would bring a Roku or Firestick if you want to stream any shows since this location doesn't have smart Tv's.

This is a very nice property, very clean and well taken care of. It is close to town yet private and quiet. It was really fun to see the deer and elk in the yard each evening. I would recommend this property to anyone.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo property in Estes Park! It was the perfect size for the two of us - although we definitely could have fit another two people. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook our own meals, and the fireplace was a great touch for a cozy weekend in the snowy mountains. We would highly recommend!

This property is in a great location!!! RMNP is so close and just a short drive into town if you want entertainment. The area is so quiet and the stars are amazing, yet food and restaurants are a 4 minute drive to the corner. We will definitely be back.

This property was beautiful,! It very clean and had everything and more than you would expect in a rental property. The kitchen is more that well equipped. The grill on the balcony was perfect. It is a perfect distance from town. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Absolutely enjoyed this property! Beautiful views as well as centrally located. We had elk, deer, hummingbirds, rabbits in the yard. The men golfed, women shopped, visited RMNP, went on the tram ride and rode the Mountain roller coaster. All were very easy and quick to get to from our location. We had an easy check in and check out. The condo was well supplied with amenities, exactly as described. Well kept. We did not have a hot tub but this did not make a difference to our party. The pool was close to the unit if we would have wanted to use it. We felt very safe in the area. Went on a few walks around the area and over to Mary’s Lake. Highly recommend. Hoping to visit again soon!

We did have some trouble finding the unit as others have mentioned, and we did not receive a map of the complex. If you find the dumpsters, you can park in that lot and take the stairs up to the unit. Or you can drive around to the back of the building and follow the cobblestone path to the unit…no stairs this way, but the path is a tad bumpy with luggage. The pool was very warm our first couple of days, but seemed a tad chillier as our stay progressed. Hot tub and fire pit were not functioning, just fyi if you are looking for those amenities. Door code provided at check-in did not work, but this was quickly resolved when I called.
