About this house rental
When you arrive at The Nest, you'll quickly understand why it's called such as you cosy into this charming setting that warmly offers guests so much for their stay.
The Nest and The Little Nest are two separate properties on the same grounds, set in a quiet cul-de-sac buzzing with nature and scenic views across the Beechworth Gorge. When you book you will have access to both properties and do not share them with other guests. Designed to calm the senses with furnishings that inspire relaxation and comfort, you can nestle into your own “Hygge” themed retreat.
The Nest can accommodate 6 people in up to 5 individual beds, perfect for a group weekend away where each person can have their own bed. Or the beds can remain as King beds. Bedrooms are configured as follows:
Bedroom 1: Ground floor, Queen bed.
Bedroom 2: Upper floor, King bed that can be split into two long single beds. This room is open to the internal stairs and provides access to the balcony and views.
Bedroom 3: Upper floor, two long single beds that can be made into a King bed.
The Little Nest is an optional additional studio space equipped with a lounge room, kitchenette, and a fold-out Koala double bed for 1-2 people. It is fenced but only has a patio area for sitting out in the sun, and small pets are welcome to stay here. To request to utilize The Little Nest as a bedroom, please do so at the time of booking. If not required for sleeping, it will be set up as a lounge room, equipped also with an extra bar fridge, sink, and tea/coffee facilities.
The house offers 1 bathroom with a shower, spa bath, and toilet. This bathroom is shared across all bedrooms.
Please note: there is a one off pet fee if you are staying with pets.

A large spa bath inside the house to enjoy in summer and winter
New beds and interior decorations, painting, and carpet
Two televisions, including a 55” Samsung Smart TV in the main house
Reverse cycle air-conditioning for cooling in summer and warming in winter
Overflow kitchenette and fridge in The Little Nest
Private parking for two cars
