About this house rental
Summary:
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place in the heart of Grimsby with free on-street parking. . Located straight off Peaks Parkway with easy access to Alexandra Dock. Only a 12-minute walk from Grimsby Town railway station and a 10-minute drive from Cleethorpes beachfront. If you are visiting for the football, Blundell Park it is only an 8-minute drive or 35-minute walk. Perfect location for those working in the area due to the local convenience stores.
The Space:
The house is situated just off Hainton Avenue. You will have access to the whole property. On entry you will arrive in the living room which has a large Smart TV (51 inches) and a super fast Fiber Broadband (250Mbps) to relax at home on a comfy sofa. Continuing into the home you will find a very nice dining room to relax next to a fully equipped kitchen including a premium coffee espresso machine if you are a coffee lover. Also situated in here is the washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle - you'll have everything you need for your self-catering stay. The new combi-boiler is also situated here should you need access.
The bathroom is located on the ground floor beyond the kitchen and contains a bath and shower.
Out the back door you will find a garden with table and chairs to relax in when the weather is warmer and dry.
Up the steep stairs are the two large bedrooms. In the back bedroom, there is a very comfy king bed. In the front bedroom, there is a very comfy double bed. Both bedrooms are very quiet and each of them has 2 side tables with bed lamps for reading, 2 multi-sockets to charge mobile devices, a console table and a hanging rack.

Self access via the lockbox located to the left of the front door.
