This is a 65 m2 apartment fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. It has an elegant decoration. This apartment has a large exterior balcony that will allow you to enjoy the atmosphere of Sitges at any time, both during the day and on wonderful evenings outdoors. All this to guarantee a dream vacation. Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a spacious and welcoming living room, equipped with a designer sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a coffee table, ideal for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The contemporary décor and splashes of colour create a warm and homely atmosphere. The apartment consists of a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, a full kitchen and a spacious living-dining room. All rooms in the apartment are equipped with air conditioning and heat pump, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is located in the center of Sitges and very close to the beach . All shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. Just 50 metres away, walking along a small street, our guests will find the famous golden sandy beaches and a huge 2km palm-lined promenade, the Paseo de la Ribera, ideal for walking, cycling or skating. All local amenities are located in the surrounding streets including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bars etc. In addition, the liveliest gay area of Sitges is right on your doorstep. The train station, bus stop and taxi ranks are all close by. The train ride to Barcelona city centre or El Prat International Airport takes about 30 minutes. There is no need for a car while staying at the apartment. Although this magnificent apartment is located in the center of Sitges, it is a very quiet place because the bedrooms face the back of the building, not the busy street. Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)

- Check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
