The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. Our reservations offer an optional amenities package. The amenities package includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.
VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

* $200 Cleaning fee is applies to all rentals less than one full week.*
Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.
