There is no fence around the pool, so guests should take care when using the amenities. Do not adjust or move any pool valves, as this may cause issues with pool maintenance and result in additional repair costs.

1. NO parties of Any Kind Due to city ordinance.
2. NO Fireworks of Any Kind are allowed.
3. NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind, this includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
4. NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the Channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
5. Must follow Guest count max rules according to the listing description.
6. Pets are not allowed - Bringing an unauthorized pet will incur in up to $1,000 fine plus damages
