Escape to our well located hotel, where a serene pine forest meets direct beach access. Our three-star residence on Oléron Island offers an idyllic retreat in the heart of nature. Enjoy the convenience of well-equipped kitchenettes, two pools for every season, and complimentary parking and WiFi. Families, couples, adventurers, and those with reduced mobility will find their ideal escape here.

- Mezzanine with a single bed;
- Living room (ground floor) with a full-sized sofa bed;

- Kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
- Hairdryer
- Iron/ironing board
All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided for stays of 1-6 nights only.
For stays of 7 nights or more, bathroom linen is 10€ per person and bed sheets are 11€ per bed. Cleaning is included for stays up to 6 nights (excluding the kitchen). For stays of 7 nights or more, cleaning is not included and rates vary by accommodation type.
THE PROPERTY
Our tranquil property provides the following on-site amenities:
- Reception hours (subject to change): 9 am-12 pm / 4 pm-7 pm. July-August : 9 am-12 pm / 4 pm-8 pm
- Breakfast : 10€ /adult/day and 7€/child (-10 years old) /day
- Laundry facilities: laundry room accessible to all customers with an automatic token dispenser (payment by CB)
- Direct beach access via a path through the dunes
- Indoor heated swimming pool
- Outdoor swimming pool
- Air conditioning
- Free WiFi
- Pets are allowed with a fee of €10 per pet per day and stays for week is €45 per pet
