The Posh Pool Paradise is a female-empowered luxury condo, brimming with vibrancy and spunk, located a short walk away from the ebullient nightlife of Broadway and the Gulch. Tailored especially for the needs of group celebrations, the Posh Pool Paradise has everything you’ll need to prep for parties out on the town, including large bathrooms and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen.
Groups of up to 8 can look forward to the condo’s party-ready lounge area, equipped with a wide range of games, and the private balcony which overlooks Hyve’s stunning pool, perfect for daytime relaxation and poolside selfies. And as an extra way to share the love, you will find postcards from a local art print business in the unit; if you write messages on the post cards and leave them in the condo, we will stamp and mail them for you!
Right around the corner, you’ll find fun at Bad Axe Throwing, incredible city views from Fogg Street’s rooftop, delicious local beer at Tennessee Brew Works, live music at the Blue Room, intimate ambiance at the Blind Barber speakeasy, or tasty Bloody Marys at Two Hands! And the Posh Pool Paradise is walking distance from downtown (about 12 minutes), giving you safe and easy access to Broadway’s infamous row of bars and music venues.

This condo is located on the 4th floor of the 6-story Hyve building. 🧳 Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, Thursday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units. No luggage storage is available Monday to Wednesday.
🅿️ The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level, with EV charging. Free street parking is also available. Hyve guests receive a 50% discount in this public garage.
🔒 Smart locks are utilized through the Latch App. Guests will be invited to download the app before your stay. An email is required on file for Latch access.

🌐 High speed Wi-Fi is available for free in all units and all common areas, including a lounge/co-working space that is perfect for remote work.

- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.
*The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.

Good layout, modern finishes, walkable distance to downtown areas and Broadway. Very secure and the "digital keys" were easy to use. Host was responsive and detailed. Great for groups looking to be close to all Nashville has to offer.
Listing talks about the only drawback is the train noise can be disruptive in the two rooms facing the tracks. Ear plugs were provided and do help.

The building and the apartment itself are great - super secure, great communication, great amenities. I hesitate to say anything negative, but people need to be mindful that 1), there's an active freight railway running next to the building (I found the rumble soothing, but I'm a city person), and 2), the Rescue Mission is on the same block and there's some interesting people hanging around on the street. You may feel better taking a rideshare and not walking after dark.
