A spacious primary suite with a spa-like bath and direct backyard access. Comfortable queen beds in guest rooms, open kitchen for sunny cooking. Separate ADU for wellness or work-from-home space. The yard is enclosed by greenery and fruit trees, lounge seating with fire-pit and is equipped with a BBQ grill and al fresco dining set up under a covered awning.

Or simply unwinding, kick back on the outdoor lounges and take in the California sky. (Please note, we require a signed Liability Waiver before use of workout equipment.) Home is equipped with a Sonos sound system and smart home technology, this retreat seamlessly combines modern convenience with timeless elegance, ensuring a truly memorable experience for every guest.

All stays of 30 days or more require a mid-stay cleaning by our dedicated housekeeping team at the expense of the guest. Our property management and cleaner teams care for each home, and we offer personalized recommendations to make your stay exceptional.
We believe in mutual respect, so we require a respectful note and some background about your group before booking. Please note that by booking with us you understand and agree to the following guidelines.
- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability for use of Amenities.
- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE in the State of California which will be issued by our Broker of Record. Once this form is signed, your mid-length stay will be confirmed.
- Guests staying over 30 nights are required to pay an additional mid-stay cleaning fee every 15 days.
- For any personal items left in the home after check out, we will happily ship them to you for the cost of shipping plus a $25 handling fee
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

-By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.
-You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
-For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
-Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
-For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
