On the lower level there is a large entrance hall, the living room with piano and the fireplace television area. The living room gives access to the swimming pool (12m x 6m with a maximum depth of 2.50m in the large bath). A barbecue is nearby as well as a platform for you to play boules. This level also has an independent bedroom with shower room and toilet. On the upper level, a second large hall distributes the mezzanine dining room onto the living room, a large kitchen with dining area, a utility room and several terraces. There is also a separate toilet area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each bathroom includes a toilet, a bathtub and a sink).
