The entertainment amenities include TVs in the game room and in the family room. The highspeed internet will keep you connected, there is also a regulation sized pool table, full-sized shuffleboard table, foosball along with ring toss & let's not forget those poker players we have a full size round poker table.
The magnificent Lake View House has abundant sleeping space for 20 guests. A spectacular master bedroom, seven additional oversized bedrooms, an ultra-modern kitchen, a spacious game room, a large comfortable family room, and a custom designed bar area. The first floor has a CUSTOM DESIGNED BAR area that is large enough to accommodate all your friends and relatives with the game room. 1st floor also has two large queen bedrooms and a full bath. The laundry is also located on this floor consisting of a washer and a drier. Located on the main floor is an extremely large family room, a gas fireplace, and the most comfortable furniture you could imagine for watching the oversized LED Smart TV. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfect for large families with a spacious granite countertop breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped with all upgraded cookware, a side-by-side refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. Your dining area has a pair of solid wood tables with matching seating for 20. There are two queen bedrooms on this floor, and one full and one-half bath. This is the perfect setup for a grandparent of loved one that does not want to do a lot of stairs.The third floor has the oversized master bedroom with an attached bath. This floor also has a large full bathroom, a queen bedroom, bunk room & family suite. The Lake View House is situated on a wooded lot, with an open area fire pit. There is also plenty of seating on the wrap around decks, with a four-burner propane grill and a large picnic table. You may never want to leave this fabulous location but if you do Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski areas are less than 2 miles away, and there are several water parks in the area & a ton of other activities.
You must be 25 years old to rent the house. We don't allow proms or senior getaways. You must bring your lines or set them up with our cleaning service.

I booked this property for my family to come together and celebrate Christmas being that we haven’t been together since preCOVID. It was simply amazing. Check in was easy and straight to the point. House was very clean and comfortable for our group (we had 2 babies under 2 and a mix of all ages and everyone enjoyed!) the highlight was the bar/game room. It was such a great time we requested an extra day to stay. Thank you again❤️

Our annual Thanksgiving family retreat was very nice in this spacious clean house! We enjoyed our stay! The house was well equipped warm and easy to relax in! The kids had an amazing time watching the deer and skiing down the road!

Place was nice and perfect for our extended family of 15. Warm, clean and great location. The only thing to know is that the place is not as stocked as other places we stayed (hard to make family style dinner without a lot of serving bowls) and they don’t provide extra garbage bags, paper towels or dishwashing detergent. All that is easily fixed if you just bring them but we were surprised. We loved the place otherwise and will definitely be back to Lake Harmony.

Our group (12 adults) used the property for a work-related "retreat/planning sessions." We had 2 nights at the property. The setting was beautiful (fall colors) and the accommodations met our expectations.
Our host was very prompt with communications; we asked for a possible early check-in which was granted. We also received a late check-out permission without any further financial responsibility.
We would definitely consider renting this property if we had occasion to gather in the area.

The house was just as advertised. We had 12 men 60+ in age. The game room and TV lead to many hours of fun and entertainment on a rainy weekend. I highly recommend the linen service (extra cost), which makes outfitting the beds quite a bit easier. Nice selection of restaurant/bars in the neighborhood. We would definitely consider returning next year.

This is the 4th rental house I've stayed in and by far the best. Clean, spacious, exactly as described. I can tell that the owner reads reviews and makes improvements accordingly. There was plenty of kitchen supplies which I did see was a complaint in the past. The game room/bar area was a big hit. The surrounding area looks beautiful and I'm sure even better in the warm weather. Close enough to water parks. Bummed that sheets and towels weren't included and had to be rented separately however it was nice that everything was fresh and clean. Overall a fantastic stay and accommodated our group of 18 friends and family with no problems!

tables as well as a kitchen breakfast bar. Beds were comfortable. The lower floor game room was a wonderful bonus. Liz, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with. She could not have been more responsive and helpful making our stay that much easier. Ski areas, water

This is our third year at this property, and we had another amazing time! Super close to activities for a short drive. The ground floor is a perfect set up for playing games and hanging out together. The kitchen design fit all 18 of us very nicely!! We love this place, and enjoy our time here!

We had an amazing stay at this house for a group of friends with young kids. The location is right by Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Some adults went skiing/snowboarding while others stayed back at the house with a ton of games for the kids to be entertained. If anything, I would say the photos do not do this property justice, and this place far exceeded our expectations. It is noted to bring sheets and towels, but you will also need dish and hand towels for the kitchens and bathrooms.

This property is a good place to stay for family or friends. It has 8 bedrooms and is close to everything. I really enjoyed the game room with has a bar, pool table, shuffle board, and darts. Will keep this place in mind next time I come back to the poconos.

House was great! Extremely spacious, clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The shuffle board table was a big source of entertainment. Would have liked a couple more little amenities like cleaning products or dish towels, but we made it work and still had a fantastic weekend! Will definitely stay again

The layout of the house and location was perfect for our family of 18. Some beds were a little uncomfortable and cookware was limited. If you are cooking many meals you might want to bring some frying pans. Other than that....wonderful!

We were a group of 10 adults and 8 kids. The house had plenty of room for everyone. All the kids stayed in the 2 bunk bed rooms and adults had a bedroom with queen bed. The house had a great layout, 3 floors, big kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. The deck and fire pit area were great too. We would stay here again.

We are a group of 11 that have been friends since high school, some dating back to elementary school. We decided to have a fun weekend together to celebrate most of us turning 60 this year. It was the perfect setting to accommodate all of us. We spent the weekend eating, drinking, relaxing around the fire pit and just enjoying eachothers company. Everyone had a blast and we made some great memories!

We had a lovely stay at Lake Harmony. This house is even more spacious than the pictures show, and has a great layout for cooking and hanging with a larger group.Very well equipped with everything you can think of, and great bluetooth system for music. The views are unbeatable from inside and outside. Thank you Richard for a very memorable stay!!

This is a great house for a large group with how many beds and bathrooms there are. There’s plenty of open space to hang out in multiple different areas- game room basement, living/kitchen area which is open to each other with 2 large tables and a kitchen island, and the deck outside. It was easy for us to prepare and serve meals to everyone also. It never felt crowded even with 20 adults staying here.

The house was great. Plenty of space to spread out. We loved that there were 2 dining tables to accommodate us all. There are no linens as listed. So kitchen towels, hand towels , even bath floor towels you will need to bring your own. Location was convenient and house was clean. Basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils were available, even 2 electric griddles. 4.5 baths major plus! We didn't have to contact owner for any issues during our stay, but when i did ask reach out to him, he got back to me pretty quick.

We had a great stay at this property. Plenty of room for our group of 16. Using the linen service provided by the owner was very helpful and easy. The rec room on the first level was outstanding. I would highly recommend this property for a group event.
