Additionally, it features a yard, internet WiFi, parking for three cars at the house, and an EV charging station. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower and opt for linen changes at an additional cost.

The property offers a remarkable outdoor experience with its private, fenced 200 m2 area. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool measuring 3 x 6 m and 140 cm deep, available from April 1st to October 31st. Moreover, an outdoor shower adds to the convenience and enjoyment of the outdoor space.

Room cleaning services are available upon request for an additional charge. The property is conveniently located near various amenities, including a shop at 2.5 km, a grocery store at 300 m, a supermarket at 3 km, and a restaurant at 300 m. The "Piona" railway station is situated 500 m away, while the "Lido di Colico" pebble beach is 3 km away, and the "Piona" grass beach is 750 m from the property. Additionally, a marina is within 700 m, a golf course (18 holes) is 35 km away, and a surf school is 3 km from the vacation rental.

The property is situated in the district of Laghetto, 2.6 km from the center of Colico, 40 km from the center of Lecco, and 65 km from the center of Como. It is also conveniently located 750 m from the lake. Nearby attractions include Forte Montecchio Nord, Abbazia di Piona, Torri di Fontanedo, and Molino Maufet. Guests can easily access well-known lakes like Lago di Como and Lago di Mezzola. Hiking trails such as Monte Legnone and Monti di Rosico are also within reach. Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups.

Unit Layout
This 4-room villa spans across 110 m2 and is spread over three levels. On the ground level, you will find an open living/sleeping room with a sliding door and a window overlooking the courtyard, featuring a sofabed (140 cm), a dining table, and access to international TV channels. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the balcony and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and four induction hot plates. The lower ground floor offers another open living/sleeping room with a sliding door, a double sofabed, and a dining table. This area also provides access to the veranda and the swimming pool, along with an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This level also includes a shower and a WC.
Amenities Included
The villa offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and allows pets (maximum one dog). Additionally, it features a private patio, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the villa is six guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms available.
Other Information
The villa boasts modern furnishings and a beautiful view of the mountains. It provides terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (six), and a large balcony. For families with young children, a children's high chair and a baby cot for up to two-year-olds are available. Other amenities include a hair dryer, internet (WiFi, free), and reserved parking for three cars at a distance of 30 meters. Additionally, an e-charging station is available on the premises.
