The Trex deck features a dining table with seating for six as well as a comfortable outdoor loveseat and two chairs.
The driveway and the space beneath this home have recently been finished with pavers creating a fun shaded play space! A propane grill is available for guest use on this lower patio area, as well.
Guests will find everything needed to prepare meals at home in the updated kitchen with white cabinets and granite countertops. The adjacent dining area allows seating for six at the main dining table along with two barstools at the counter. A second table with seating for two is perfect for extra guests or playing games!
Early birds can wake up with the sunrise in the master bedroom suite which is outfitted with a king bed and flat screen TV. Those who choose to sleep in will definitely appreciate the blackout curtains! The fully renovated attached bathroom features a combination shower/tub with double sinks. Sliding glass doors allow access to the spectacular deck from this room.
Bedroom 2 features a king bed and sliding glass doors to the sunny oceanfront deck! Blackout curtains are also in place in this room. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The second fully updated bathroom is located in the hallway and features a combination bathtub shower.
This spectacular home is directly oceanfront and only steps from the beautiful shoreline! The private beach boardwalk provides a quick route to a shark tooth hunter's paradise at water's edge. Popular nearby restaurants include the Sandbar and Salt Life. Main Beach is just over 1 mile away offering mini golf, picnic areas and volleyball. A quick drive will take you to the historic downtown area where you can enjoy many shops and restaurants. Whether you choose to indulge in a sweet treat from Fantastic Fudge, dive into a good read from the Book Loft, or grab your morning coffee from Amelia Island Coffee, Fernandina's downtown is nothing short of a charming coastal community!
