About this cottage rental
With lift access, Ocean View provides a quirky interior that is sure to make memories during your stay, with stunning sea views and only a short stroll to all amenities!. All on the Fifth Floor:

Living area: Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Double)
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Economy 7 heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. On road parking. No smoking. . The artist owner has used original art, vintage furniture, unique decorative features and touches in this loft apartment, to make this a real home from home. Set within a converted heritage building in a conservation area, the apartment has stunning sea and sunset views.
The apartment is reached via a direct lift and as you step through the door you are taken back by the views, there is always something to see. The cosy lounge is ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There is a Nespresso machine, please bring pods. Where possible the owner uses eco toiletries and cleaning products stocked from a local zero-waste store.
The bathroom has a shower and a bath while the boutique-style bedroom has a bohemian/Parisian atmosphere. The proximity to both the station and local road network offers the perfect base to see what Suffolk and Norfolk have to offer. It is also within walking distance of two heritage streets, London Rd South, and The Old High St, very worthwhile to explore with their specialist shops and renowned eateries.
Located within a mile of a broad variety of cultural venues, theatre, live music, dancing, CAMRA pubs, creative workshops, yoga classes, sea swimming groups and park runs, plus some very charming local museums.
Lowestoft is famous for being the most easterly town. With its alluring sandy beach and the beautiful Broads, Lowestoft is a place that connects with and celebrates the sea. Head south to the famous Southwold, home to Adnams Brewery and an array of independent shops, the quintessential pier, and the beach lined.
Aldeburgh is famous for its fish and chip shop and is very popular! Thorpeness set around the mere is worth a visit, hire a boat and see the islands named after Peter Pan characters or take in a spot of golf. There is a regatta every August with a torch-lit boat possession and fireworks. Great Yarmouth is another popular seaside town with a famous greyhound racetrack. Close by is Kessingland beach, or head inland and explore the Norfolk Broads National Park.
