Boasting over 220 sqm the 3 double bedrooms, and spacious modern kitchen and living space have been tastefully and luxuriously fitted out. The comfiest beds, modern kitchen & dining, electric fire and all the mod-cons make this the perfect holiday retreat or a business stay.
Bowling, pool & the nightlife, shops and sites on your doorstep.
High speed Wi-Fi, Prime & Amazon Alexa.
The Space:
Welcome to the truly unique space that is The Loft. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished to ensure your stay with us is a memorable and luxurious experience.
We have created a home away from home feel for our guests, in the beating heart of Christchurch. This spectacular location will greet you from every room and both sunrise and sunset will treat to you an everchanging array of bright or moody skies and cityscapes.
You will find all the mod cons, quality furnishings, nestled in over 220 sqm of spacious living and dining areas and large well-appointed bedrooms and en-suites along with high quality, exceptionally comfortable beds.
There is 3 bedrooms, but only one bathroom with a seperate toilet. Please take note of that before booking for large groups.
For fire safety and council compliance, all the rooms have openings and arnt completely sealed, there may be a small amount of light & noise pollution.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property.
The Neighborhood:
Central city living offers many advantages for those who enjoy the energy and convenience of living in a busy urban environment.
Getting Around:
The tram is metres from the entrance. You can walk to almost anything!
Other Things to Note:
We do consider gatherings/events but all must be pre-approved, there will be a bond, event fee and rubbish fee. All extra guests will be require leave at an agreed time.
There is security monitoring at the entrance operating 24/7.
Please take note, you are in the city centre, there will be nightlife noise and potential light pollution.
