4. There is no BBQ grill at this property.
5. No garage, only driveway parking.
6. This property has a metal roof. During the winter months, the side access is purposefully restricted.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
