Newly built industrial design apartment in the centre of Saint-Louis close to Basel, EuroAirport, tram & train station.
The accommodation, on the first floor, has its own separate entrance and staircase.
Quiet area with trees and garden. Ideal for family members visiting the area, business travellers, and those exploring local attractions, our accommodation offers a serene environment with no shared spaces or bustling traffic, catering exclusively to guests seeking a tranquil place to stay.
Nestled behind our main residence, this newly constructed apartment offers privacy and comfort. Situated on the first floor of a separate building at the rear of the property, it boasts its own exclusive entrance.
Via the staircase you enter the living room with kitchen and bar where you can relax comfortably in front of the 43" 4K-TV from the leather couch. Numerous 4K channels and streaming platform apps are accessible at the click of a button.
Our fast Wi-Fi delivers a smooth experience of video conferencing, streaming or gaming applications.
The kitchen provides a 2-burner induction stove top, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Cooking utensils, glasses and dishes are provided.
The bathroom with a spacious, Italian shower offers an additional handheld shower head and complimentary shower gel and shampoo in a dispenser. Two electrical outlets (230V) are available next to the sink. An additional glass shelf provides further space for your toiletries. The mirror with a built-in ring light creates an even and pleasant lighting. A hangable drying rack is also located in the bathroom which can be swiftly set up inside the shower.
All windows in the bedroom are equipped with blackout blinds. Between the beds there are two electrical outlets just below the nightstand. Of course, you are free to move the beds together in which case you can use the additional outlets right underneath the little work desk. A small wall mounted reading lamp provides light while working at the desk. In the wardrobe there are clothes hangers, shelves, drawers and a pull-out basket.
The main rooms are heated by ceiling-mounted infrared panels that provide a very pleasant warmth. Additionally, there is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom (reverse cycle) to keep the entire accommodation cool in summer. Also, the hot water is produced by a tankless water heater in order to efficiently deliver hot water only whenever it is needed.

• A supermarket open until 9pm everyday and on Sunday mornings (6 min walk, 500m)
• One of the best bakeries in town is only a 5 min walk (450m) away
• A weekly market every Saturday morning (place de l’Europe) where you can try out some fine local delicacies, fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses etc. (3 min walk, 300m)
• Close to many large companies across industries (Novartis, Roche, J&J, Bayer, Lonza, Beigene, Jet Aviation, Cryostar etc.)
We would like to kindly inform our guests that the garden, terrace, and any other areas of the property, apart from the booked accommodation, are designated as private and are not available for guest use.

2. What is your expected arrival time? Check-in time is from 4 pm until 9 pm the latest. If more than one person is checking in at different times, the person who booked the suite must arrive first. Usually, we will welcome you personally and show you the studio, otherwise the key will be put at your disposal in the lockbox during the check-in times. In the latter, we will send you the details in a separate message. Due to possible airline delays we ask you to provide us with the airline’s flight number and time if your plane is landing after 6pm. No late check-in fees will be charged due to airline delays.
3. Will you be arriving by car? Free street parking is available in front of our house.
4. Confirm that you and your guest(s) (if there is a second or third person) have read and AGREE to the house rules stated at the bottom of this message.

For safety, comfort, and respect for the neighborhood, smoking and vaping of any kind (e-cigarettes, shisha, cigarettes, pipes, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment as well as on the entire property. The use of candles is also not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of 150 euros to ensure a clean, safe, and odor-free environment for future guests.
2. We kindly request that phone and video calls be made within the confines of your studio or outside the premises and NOT in the garden. This measure ensures the tranquillity of fellow guests and the surrounding community.
3. We would like to kindly inform our guests that the garden, terrace, and any other areas of the property, apart from the booked accommodation, are designated as private and are not available for guest use.
4. Only guests who have booked with us have access to our property. Receiving more people than stated in the booking is not permitted.
5. For the comfort and respect of our neighborhood, family, and other guests, please note that check-ins after 21:00 will not be accommodated, as specified in the listing.
6. Do not leave your child or children unattended whenever present on our property.
