About this apartment rental
There is no reception at the self-service apartments, only security. Guests book and pay online in advance and contact the host in advance for personal access. We are available 24/7 for emergencies and are always ready to answer all your questions. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
We provide an emergency number for urgent situations, and our host speaks English, which is convenient for everyone! While this is not a hotel, it is a modern self-service accommodation located on a vibrant street with fantastic restaurants that offer delivery for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a supermarket called Flink that delivers if needed.
The apartment is located in the center of Tilburg, located in the famous street: the Heuvelstraat. You are in a street with plenty of fun because of the nice cafes and pubs.
House Rental Agreement will be provided along with the arrival form that needs to be signed prior to check in.
Located in a prime spot in the center of Tilburg, this 70 m² apartment is directly opposite 013 and just 100 meters from the Heuvel. Recently redecorated in 2023 with stylish new furniture, it includes a double bed, a sofa bed (155x200), and two additional sofa beds (74x220).
This beautifully furnished, centrally located apartment is perfect for a short stay and is just a 10-minute walk from Central Station. We look forward to welcoming you!
Enter through the digital central entrance on the first floor and head up to the second floor, where you'll find a large roof terrace leading to the front door. Inside, there's a hall with a toilet, a bedroom with a sink, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Enjoy stunning views of 013 and the Korte Heuvel!

If you want the beds to be split, please let us know, and housekeeping can provide extra sheets for you to separate the bed. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed, and this will be checked by our security team. A tourist tax of 3.5% may be charged. For long stays, mandatory weekly cleaning might be conducted. Communication is in English. Kindly note that there might be ongoing street constructions nearby.
