Fantastic brand new hotel, with the islands best roof top restaurant. The concierge provides wonderful excursion options, great service all around. In the heart of Seven Mile Beach, but also very close to our favorite small beach for snorkeling, Cemetary Beach.

Although not directly at the water edge they partner the beach facility and have attendants at the hut on the beach with clean bathroom facilities and full services! They set up towels and umbrella and are very attentive to your drink and snack needs while you lounge on the beach. The restaurants are alll very goood, again the people make a big difference all very pleasant- we had a harbor view and even though on the 9th floor the section at ground level below on that side would gear up like an engine fora bit in the evening. It stopped before falling asleep but was oddly loud for a bit. The rooms are new - so modern and nothing to note other than the couch pillows were upside down (zippers go on bottom) so you cannot see the seam. We will be staying here again. People are spectacular.

The property is beautiful, contemporary and sexy. The staff and service is top notch. Stand outs were Victoria and Kiki at Pom Pom, the roof top lounge, Antonio, our server for breakfast at Catalina, Danu and the other young gentelman(handsom, lighter skinned black guy) that greet you and handle any valet services(we loved these guys!) we stayed on the 10th floor which was lovely but in the afternoon it would start to smell fishy from the restaurant, which was also on the 10th floor. Not a big deal but a pleasant smelling deodorizer would be appreciated by most I’m sure. The walk to the beach club took about 4-5 minutes or you’re offered a golf cart ride which is a really nice service. During our trip we also stayed at the Westin. Although it’s beach front, we really preferred Hotel Indigo. Thank you so much to the entire team. You made our stay extra special. And thank you again Danu for the Hotel Indigo Bag. I hope we will be back one day!

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Grand Cayman over Labor Day and stayed at Hotel Indigo. The first plus is that it’s a quick 15 minute drive from the airport. The hotel itself is right on Seven Mile Beach and the property is stunning. We stayed in an Ocean View balcony room and loved waking up to views of the ocean. The gym at the property is nice, and the staff are incredible. The food and drinks at the property are good, and the hotel is very clean. We will stay at Hotel Indigo again when we return to Grand Cayman. Bonny Moon is the beach bar associated with the hotel and has a great vibe right on the water.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at Hotel Indigo are truly the heart of this establishment. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk team was incredibly efficient and accommodating, quickly checking me in and offering helpful tips. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their guests. Tarren is a star! The hotel itself is a gem and a two minute walk to the beach. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The on-site facilities, including the infinity pool and fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained. Newton and the rest of the guys at the pool area were amazing. What truly sets Hotel Indigo apart is the exceptional service provided by its staff. They made me feel like a valued guest, not just another booking. I left feeling completely satisfied and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service, look no further than Hotel Indigo. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The service was impeccable. The hotel is very clean with lovely boho decor. We enjoyed the low crowds at both the hotel pool and the beach. The beach is 2 minute walk from the hotel and has plenty of lounge chairs and dedicated service. This was a great plus. We would love to see more activities (movie night, daily yoga) however recognize that the hotel is still very new.

Our stay at the Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman was spectacular. The service is outstanding and the team really go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast buffet is perfect for all types of preferences. The beach is just a short walk from the lobby and they will help you with towels, sunblock, beach chairs & umbrellas. You can order food & drinks on the beach which is a nice amenity. The hotel is fantastic and the service makes this place a 10/10. We will most definitely be back to stay!

We had an amazing time at the Hotel Indigo. The property is gorgeous and family friendly. The restaurants, pools and beach were all top notch. Access to the Kimpton next door is an added bonus. We had everything we needed during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our time with them was special. Big shout out to Mary Grace, Tarren, Antonio, Elton and everyone on the team for making our time memorable. We will be back!

A very safe place for family vacation with kids. Breakfast included is a must. I will prefer more dinner options for our 9 days stay. However still was an excellent adventure from a very nice hotel, with friendly and caring personnel.

Hotel Indigo was lovely. The Hotel is beautiful, the design of the space is elevated and the service was great. The food was surprisingly good and the staff was very friendly and warm. It was a wonderful experience. The beach club, was a two minute walk but its just across the street, providing outstanding service on the beach. Only recommendation is that if you want to eat at the beach, it is worth leaving your beach chairs and finding seating at the restaurant, the food comes better presented and is overall better prepared in my opinion. Coffee was good and I would definitely recommend this place and also would definitely return.

We just returned from an amazing five-night stay at Hotel Indigo. Everything about the hotel was perfect. We were greeted by Claudio and Chelsa at check-in. They were wonderful. Staff are very friendly, attentive, and we felt right at home. Wrisha was also wonderful and had offered to help us book any tours we were interested in. The hotel is gorgeous and I truly loved the aesthetic - very luxe and chic! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you could need and want in a hotel room. The design and decor are well-thought-of. They have a 24-hr fitness gym, a spacious parking garage (we rented a car), free rental bikes for hotel guests, a small boutique shop called Kassette, two lovely pools (one kiddie pool) with a lovely bar, and a well-maintained beautiful landscape all around. The gorgeous Seven Mile Beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Bonny Moon Beach Club offered beach towels to Hotel Indigo guests and they have plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and tables. The hotel has four amazing restaurants onsite. We were only able to try out Catalina on our last day because we always ventured out to try new places. Catalina was amazing! Our servers, Rodnel and Antonio were very friendly and welcoming. I am very happy we decided to book Hotel Indigo for our stay at the Grand Cayman. This is a gorgeous hotel! But what truly makes it magical are the hotel staff - each and every one of them. We will definitely be back and we hope to see the same familiar, happy faces!

Some of the best customer service I’ve had at a hotel. Bit of a walk to the beach, but the hotel has chairs, towels, etc at the beach so not really an issue at all. Beach area is MUCH less crowded than Ritz and surrounding resorts.

Clara front desk, Rebecca front desk, Musa in Catalina , Gordon at the pool, pretty much everyone in this Hotel is AMAZING! Hospitality at its finest!! The hotel is beautiful, modern, luxurious and perfectly located on Seven Mile Beach. We will definitely be coming back and will stay and Indigo all over again. Thank you for an amazing experience on our vacation!

We just got home and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff there is wonderful, especially Musa, Winsome, Vikasha and Cynthia at Catalina, Musa the bellman, Rebecca the concierge and Alex the front desk supervisor. The food and service at the restaurants on-site exceeded our expectations as well. The hotel pool and the beach nearby were both beautiful and relaxing.
