Tv remote didnt work. No breakfast.hard bed. Pillows too soft. Bathroom was worn looking. Shower was good.

Good Stay Prior hotel offered free hot breakfast, But no longer offered. But there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. Overall good value

The room overall was nice stay for $64 a night but the negative part was the room smelling like animal and there was animal hair all over the floor. But I’ll give this a 4/5 since the only negative was the pet smell and pet hair.

The hall smells of ammonia. Doors were tricky to open. It was a quick place to sleep to get back on the road.

Comfortable and cool room … AC felt great .the walls and doors and baseboards have a bit to be desired but the room and the center huge gathering room and indoor pool and workout room was great ! Just needs a little repair on the interior structures

The outside and the rooms, especially the bathroom, are outdated and a bit run down. But the interior common area is nice. It's fine for a night and there are several restaurants walkable across the parking lot

The shower was either extremely hot or excessively cold there was no in between. The exterior entrance doors to the building has trash cans inside the entry ways and they stunk something awful. Other than that the stay was good and the hotel was clean as was the room itself.

We almost went to a different hotel after looking at the outside. It's pretty rough. However, the inside makes up for it and the pool is cool.

The first room i was offered the air conditioning was terrible and room bmhad a bad smell. I asked for a room change and the secons room was not any better. The pool was down and not functioning. The only thing pleasant ablut the stay is the price and workers were kind and friendly.

I have been staying at this hotel many times over 3 years and have been very pleased. Recently there is new ownership and everything has changed. No longer serving hot breakfast and indoor pool closed, although still advertised on their web site as both available. Additionally, the A/C was broken in both of the two rooms I had booked for two days each. What should have been a plesant stay for my family turned into a nightmare. Stay away.

There was sharpie on our door saying turn handle up the pool was run down unlike advertised it was hot going in the air in the room sucked as well as the lighting and much more however the towels where nice sized there was a great fridge in rm and one of the ice machines woeked wouldnt stay more than 1 night

It’s a bit dated, maybe needs a facelift. The price was good but the pool was out of service, the first room he booked us smelled of cigarettes due to it having back door access. The complimentary breakfast was ok. It’s a bit dark in the main area. Other than that the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure and the rooms were clean. The fridge was a great size as well, with a freezer that was exceptional in getting our freezer cubes frozen for trip home.

The property was nice, good area, but i wish the a/c worked better it was way too hot in our room, and we didnt want to ask to switch again, that was our 2nd room, because our 1st room already had someone in there

The entire lobby, which was beautiful, was unbearably hot, so much so we couldn't eat our complimentary breakfast. We were told the a/c hadn't worked in years. The pool and spa were also out of commission. Thankfully our room was cool, spacious and clean and our stay just one night.

Just walking in to the side door stairs seeing trash left on the ground a condom box in the stairway. There was black circle hair in the shower and a folded up mat in the tub. We were given 3 breakfast tickets even though there are 4 of us staying. The tv wouldn’t turn back on after we turned it off.

The room had a funny smell, but we tolerated it. The TV remote would not work and when we asked for help the front desk person told us to just read the back of the remote to reset it. It was unreadable and we never got it to work. The front desk person was rude and not helpful at all. Our beds were vibrating, not sure why. The "hot" breakfast was a joke. The only options were lukewarm scrambled eggs, link sausage (not good) and toast cooked for us. There was no cereal, yogurt, muffins, or any other option offered. The only good thing about the room was the refrigerator in the room that actually had a freezer. The microave did not heat well either. I will never stay here again. Oh, and the parking lot/ drive had a major crater in the middle that could have done major damage to the bottom of my car if I had not noticed it at the last moment.

Site has been updated nicely staff was extremely nice and polite. Pool area was closed and hot tub was not in use. Those things did not affect my stay but were noticed. Ice machine on the side we were on was not making ice but we were able to cross to other side for ice. I will plan on staying there again when I return for visit to Amarillo.

Too much chlorine in the indoor pool, it stinks up the building and itches your skin. The room stunk but was visibly clean. Stayed twice once on the way through and once on the way back. Price was as good. Not a terrible place to stay but there is better for sure.

It’s cheap for a reason! Don’t stay here! I would say you get what you pay for, but you really don’t even get that. The whole place smells, the carpet is sticky and stained, the pool makes it humid not just in the lobby but if your room, too (and it was closed because the health inspector shut it down). The mattresses are terrible and they only have two pillows and wouldn’t give more. There was basically nothing redeeming - and we are not picky people. (I’m rarely a review person, and never a 1-star review ranter. But I felt the moral obligation to warn others not to make the same mistake.)

The people hanging around out front were a bit scary. The ironong board cover was dirty. Loved the indoor decor!

Overall the hotel was good, we stayed one night just passing through. From the outside it looks iffy, but inside was clean and nice. It’s looks like it’s just an old building. Would stay there again if I found myself in the area.

What I didn't like was the dirty entryway of the hotel. The broken, and cracked tile around the hotel.The atmosphere while walking to the room looked dark. The room is another story.The door to the bathroom needed fixing/replacing/or painted. The room/bathroom needed brighter lighting. The breakfast was fair as far as taste. But, I didn't like that we had to be served our food by the staff. They didn't put the food out for people to serve themselves like other hotels. The property definitely is in need of repairs. This is a motel I will not be returning to. Thank you.

Our family loved this stay on our big road trip! The staff was so friendly and professional. The room was comfy. The kids loved the indoor pool! It’s pet friendly, and I just can’t say enough about how comfortable we all felt especially after a bad hotel experience somewhere else the night before. We would definitely stay at a Studio 6 Suites again, and if we ever go through Amarillo again, we are for sure staying at this location.
