The property seems to have zero concern about esthetics. Walls are paper thin and the bedding showed little sign of cleanliness. The door to the room could be open with a butter knife offering no sense of a safe sleep. TV was just for show. It turned on but that was it. The bed was about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. I walked without my shoes on for about 8 steps and the bottom of my feet were turned black. Honestly, they should pay people to spend the night there.

We had booked a room with 2 queen beds. On arriving at the property we were pleasantly surprised that it comprised of two connected rooms each with a queen bed. The young guy at the reception was very amicable and helpful.

The price was right thru Esperian the 1st day. I asked for another day he said $70 plus $20. Deposit. At 11:00 he starts knocking on the door that the changed the price and deposit. I said no I’ll Ck out. Then he started to say Ck out is at 11:00. I said I know u just told that u changed the price I need time to get my stuff out. He says it’s now 11:10. He started pounding on everyone’s doors. After I saw everyone else getting out at the same time. The train is so loud goes through the room.

I hate that hotels' security deposit fee is not mentioned on the booking page because the manager of the hotel sprung it on me when I went to check in. After I complained enough, he backed off and said don't worry about it and smiled as if it wasn't a big deal. Then I got to the room and it felt like my eyes were bleeding: bare yellow walls, yellow ceiling, dorm furniture. I wanted to turn around and leave. Then I discovered that the air conditioner made the window panes rattle so I had to rig up something to prevent that or I wouldn't be able to sleep. One of the window panes had a hole in it so I patched it up with tape. On top of it all, across the street is a very loud Latin bar blaring live banda music till late. Was happiest when I left.

The outside of the motel needs to be updated, and the area seemed unsafe. The staff was very courteous. The inside of the motel was clean and had some updates. The second bedroom had a very old carpet and the light from the wall had cut cables just sticking out of the wall. Seemed like a fire hazard. There was no bolt for the door, just the lock on the door knob. It had a cute little kitchenette and very nice remodeled bathroom. The price, though, was excellent.

We stayed there for 2 nights and had no problem finding the motel or parking the car. The rooms were much bigger than shown in the pictures with more beds and additional rooms, and the staff was friendly. We booked 2 rooms and both were quite out fashioned with very little furniture other than the bed. Additionally especially the bathroom was very dirty with

The outside looks a little in need but not horrible. The room was sufficient for 1 person but small. The only big complaint was the bed was very woobly and noisy even just shifting in bed. Was pleasantly pleased with how clean it was and no smells.

The property was dated but the owner was nice and i had no issues other than it took a while for the room to cool off . Used actual keys for room and paper registration which gave it a nostalgic feel that i actually enjoyed. The room was nothing fancy but i feel i got what i paid for so all in all I'm satisfied.

The owners/hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-stocked. It was recently remodeled and has a microwave, refrigerator, and TV. The AC worked, and the showers were hot with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience at a great price. Thank you!

The toilet had rust stains, the bed creaked, the chair was leaning to the keft, and to hide the fact the with blinds had areas that were brike and missung, they hung toilet paper over it. I did not stay.

Very simple clean place to sleep. Be aware. You will need a $20 cash only key deposit. There seemed to be a miscommunication when I turned my key in where the younger guy tried to say I never gave a deposit. But the older guy working said I did. And the younger one reluctantly gave me my $20 back. . So I guess ask for a receipt when you give your deposit. But over all a good place to stay if all you need is a place to sleep.

Place was great and convenient stayed 8 nights. Bobby was a great help and staff was very friendly. fast food/taco trucks and restaurants/bar's were close by and walking distance overall a great stay will come back again!

The customer service team was great and super understanding and friendly. Had a fun time at the staying and they did not mind us checking out later than 11 AM. Overall the service was excellent, and the owners were nice, hotel was clean and the AC worked perfectly.

Office staff was very friendly. Room was clean and price was cheap! The neighborhood was a little sketchy and the frontage road was very noisy along with the train close by. But overall, if you need a quick, NOT luxurious, clean and cheap room, this place is for you!

In the Expedia site the motel stated it was a pet friendly motel but when I got there the staff stated that it is NOT a pet friendly motel! Expedia needs to make sure others know it is not a pet friendly dog motel.

Surprisingly the room had 3 beds, it was 2separate rooms. Very clean and Bobby the owner was very friendly and allowed us to do a late checkout.
