The property boasts a total of 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. 2 rooms on main floor. One queen size bedroom and one bunk bed room : THERE IS ONLY ONE BUNK BED with 2 double/ full beds. This means TWO beds NOT 4. The remaining bedrooms are located on the third floor, with each room featuring a comfortable queen size bed. The master bedroom is equipped with a working desk, providing an ideal space for business travelers or those in need of a dedicated workspace. Rest assured, this property offers ample sleeping arrangements and amenities for all guests.
The primary living space is situated on the second floor, boasting an expansive open layout plan.. This area encompasses a spacious living room, a formal dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient half bathroom. The design of this floor ensures that all essential living areas are centrally located, making it an ideal space for hosting guests or spending quality time with loved ones. The attention to detail in this living space is evident, providing a professional and polished atmosphere for its occupants.
The fourth level is the rooftop area which has an outdoor living area with HDTV and Netflix+apps, sun loungers,fire pit and a BBQ. Here is where you will get those beautiful panoramic views and warm sunsets of downtown Los Angeles. You can also see the Hollywood Sign to the East.
NO PARTIES OR EVENT ALLOWED. ANY VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO $2500 fine and cancellation of reservation.

-1 pet is allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
