Located just minutes from AF Academy, Kings Deer, Woodmoor and Flying Horse Golf Club. There are Hiking and biking trails are moments away, and there is much more to discover. A quick 15 minute drive to nearby attractions includes the gorgeous new Ford Amphitheater, Top Golf, IFly Indoor Skydiving, Air 360 Trampolines, Dart Wars, Magnum Shooting Range and the zippy go-karts at Overdrive Racing is sure to keep everyone entertained. Outdoor and cultural adventures include a 30 minute drive to the famous Garden of the Gods park, 35 minutes to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Cave of the Winds Mountain Park and the entrance to the iconic Pikes Peak (there is a new visitor center at the summit). Explore the nearby north region’s Old West heritage by panning for gold at the Western Museum of Mining & Industry. The prestigious Broadmoor and charming Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (you can hand feed the giraffes!) is 30 minutes south off the main highway I-25.


Arrowwood Haven is tucked away in a private neighborhood in Monument with acres of mountainous community. Situated among towering pine trees Monument is only a 25-minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs and about an hour away from Denver. This home has it all, from the sure to please gourmet kitchen, the main level offers a place to gather, to cook, and enjoy delicious meals in the elegant open concept dining room with a wood burning fireplace. The lower level is an entertainer's delight featuring a game room complete with a poker table, and fun board games to enjoy and re-connect.


A MINIATURE PINE FOREST BACKYARD

One special feature of the house is the quiet zen-like feel to the property and backyard. It's nestled in a miniature pine tree forest with a deck outside the main living room and kitchen overlooking the backyard for you to gather, laugh and enjoy mountain life. And you may spot some of our wildlife: Herds of deer often criss-cross the yard while bunnies, woodpeckers, magpies and songbirds also make regular appearances. You may even see a fox, an owl, or baby bear! Oh my! Should you desire to venture out past the trees there is the most amazing mountain view and great sight overlooking the Air-force Academy.

Our living room transports you to comfort and relaxation with a very cozy, comfy couch big enough for gatherings of gazing at the fireplace, or watching movies on the big screen television while munching on popcorn. Plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy family get togethers.

Downstairs, this area offers another spacious hangout spot for your group or family night gatherings after a long day of adventure and exploring. The game room has lots of board games for more hours of family fun, along with a game regulation poker table. More fun for adults after the kiddos go to sleep.

To keep Arrowwood Haven fresh and clean for all, smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property. If smoke is detected, there will be a $1000 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in earlier for a $50 fee, and if available you can check out later for an additional $50.

WELCOME GUIDEBOOK

Your welcome guidebook will be located in the house with information you will need, including house rules.

In the winter months, 4wd is highly recommended for driveway access. There can be a few inches of snow on the driveway depending on the weather.
